On Memorial Day we met Dave and Denae and family at Round Valley State Park for a hike in the beautiful East Bay hills!
We hiked 3.5 miles to get to this picnic table...it was a little hotter and dryer than we expected!
This is the hot and dry part.
It must be a Blodgett thing, everywhere we go we find snakes!
After the hike we cooled off with a refreshing dip in the pool. Even Denae and Mom got in.
And, of course, what is Memorial Day without burgers and hotdogs?

what a fun little hike trip! Landon looks just like Dustin in the pic of him in the pool... I did a double take!
